My little 3months old Ronja
Between 18-19 every night i put her down with me in the bed to sleep for the night, i have done this since she was 2 months old and it works like a charm, she always gets really tired this time of night so that´s really a win.
She does now (since a week away) have a babynest that i put her in in my bed when it´s time to go to bed for the night and around 22 i transport her with the babynest to her crib.
Her scedule:

Her scedule:
18:00/18:30 (depending on how tired she is) - babynaked time + low lights
19:00 - lie down in bed in pajamas, feeding, and maybe a lullaby.
19:30-20:00 - asleep
20:30+21:00+21:30 - (comfort)feeding then sleep.
19:30-20:00 - asleep
20:30+21:00+21:30 - (comfort)feeding then sleep.
22:00 - fast asleep (move baby to crib)
05:00 - feeding
07:00 - ready to sing/scream/kick/hit mommy in the face
Now: 3months and a week old i started to notice her getting crankier and crankier during the day and thought "maybe 30min does´t work with her anymore" and tried to get her to nap more often during the day but that did´t help either.

And this is when she has woken up every 2 hour all night long wich tells me i need to change something BEFORE her sleep patterns get completly ruined.
Then i did what other people do nowdays and google... where you learn 30min is not at all enough.. and there´s such a thing as 4months regression (and joy it will happen again at 6months).

I´m honestly fine with our earlier night routine also (and i think she was?) the biggest problem i think is the daynaps, i need to make them longer because i do think that´s what messing her up.
I try to stimulate her and keep her with me while doing dishes and training and singing and talking so if she does´t nap properly it makes sense that her nightsleep gets messed up too.
Or am I just being stubborn?
So how do you suggest i do this scedule for the day?
My biggest concerns is what to focus on because im one of those people that really needs a good coice from the beginning and then i stick to it with my stubborn self (it shall work dammit!)

7:00 - ready to sing/scream/kick/hit mommy in the face
9:00 -10:00 - nap (all naps are maximum 30min)
13:00/14:00 - nap
13:00/14:00 - nap
15:00/16:00 - nap
18:00/19:00 - get ready to sleep for the night (and as you can imagine she is pretty tired by now)
The methods i use is a mix between "chair method" and "pick up/put down" method.
She is as stubborn as her mom
She is as stubborn as her mom
(sometimes she just pauses to look stirnly at my boob and gives a angry/frustrated *rawr* at it to tell it to slow the F* down/or stop completely so she can eat/just suck in HER pace before continuing)
So when i make her fall asleep i don´t pick her up when she has her angry/frustrated crying,
I do however pick her up when it changes to sad crying but then i just pick her up and comfort until quiet and put her back.
SOMETIMES it accually works to do this for a bit and when she just lies there being quiet i can stop and let her see me doing other stuff in the dark room and she sometimes falls asleep on her own.
So in My opinion she Does have all the tools she needs, the biggest problem is to make mommy (yes me) follow a good scedule and most importantly do the right things and things will problably go pretty fast.
Should i keep my earlier scedule? or should i change it up to maybe
10-11 + 14-15 - nap but try to make it as long as i possibly can?
+ a short one at 17:00
Is it more important to have the exact sleeptime every day or
focus more on making it as long as possible and wait until she gets tired the next time and then do that one as long as possible?
